Well, I planned on getting NOTHING from this collection, but after previewing it in person, I caved. I planned a small sojourn to my local Nordie's (for the record, I only go to the MAC Nordie's counter, despite the fact there is a MAC Pro in the same mall. MAC Pro seems to make a sport of ignoring people looking for help, even when the store is near empty, and Nordstroms almost always will help you immediately, or at least acknowledge your presence until a sales associate is available). Sorry, had to rant about the lousy customer service I've been receiving at MAC Pro lately.
Moving on now, I had only planned to pick up Kraft lipstick, but my saleslady, sneaky girl that she was, brought up the preview tray of To The Beach items and began the sales pitch. Really, does us Macaholics even need a sales pitch? We know more about the lines usually than the actual sales people! Anyway, she was trying to steer me heavily towards the bronzers, but I nixed those, and ended up pre-ordering:
*Marine Life (of course)
*Firecracker e/s
*Sun & Sand e/s
*Thrills l/s
*Flurry of Fun lipglass
*Pink Rebel Lustredrops
I am not looking forward to the bill for this!

Welcome! Добро пожаловать
I'm new to blogging, but not to makeup! I've been pretty obsessed since I started using MAC in 2006, and collecting makeup has now eclipsed any other type of product I used to hoard. In addition to the ubiquitous MAC, I love Japanese brands like Lunasol and Lavshuca. I've been dying to try Korean brands as well, such as Banilla Company. But really, there isn't any makeup I won't try, especially if the packaging is cute!
When I'm not painting my face, I enjoy studying Japanese, trying to learn how to crochet, and reading.
